Return Period

You have 30 days from delivery to return items for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unworn, undamaged, with original packaging and tags.

Eligible Items

All accessories purchased from suppliermerchant.world or our Alexandria showroom are eligible for return under these conditions.

Return Shipping

We provide prepaid return shipping labels for US returns. For international returns, customers cover return shipping costs.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Refunds go to the original payment method.

Exchanges

To exchange for a different style, size, or color, contact us. We'll ship your replacement once we receive your return.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost. Please provide photos.

Non-Returnable Items

Items showing wear, alteration, or damage cannot be accepted. Custom or personalized accessories may be non-returnable unless defective.
